Disordered Eating, Weight Stigma, and Clinical Inclusivity

LIVE on November 7th at 11 am PT
or enroll in On Demand
ADHD has specific impacts on eating patterns, and it’s crucial that clinicians utilize neuro affirming and weight neutral approaches for diagnosis and interventions. Together we will develop strategies for working with adults and teens, as well as with clients exploring gender expression. We will examine both internalized and external biases towards clients in larger bodies and towards binge behaviors. Using case examples, we will formulate interventions that are respectful and effective for ADHD.
