Tigress Osborn (she/her) is the Executive Director of NAAFA. She previously volunteered as NAAFA’s Board Chair and Director of Community Outreach. In addition to overseeing NAAFA’s day-to-day operations, Tigress hosts and produces the NAAFA Webinar Series, which features a wide variety of activists, scholars, and artists from fat community. Tigress has been featured on CNN, ABC News, and NPR. She is the co-editor of Weight and Wisdom: Reflections on Decades of Working for Body Liberation. In 2024, Tigress was named to the Time Health100 list for her civil rights work with NAAFA and the Campaign for Size Freedom. Prior to working with NAAFA, Tigress founded Full Figure Entertainment in Oakland, CA, and co-founded the PHX Fat Force in Arizona. She is a two-time women's college graduate with degrees from Smith College and Mills College. She lives near Phoenix with her awesome mom.

Ashley Marie Lagrange, LPC, (They/Them) is a therapist, coach, and collage artist born, raised and currently residing in Queens, New York to a multigenerational Dominican household. They are a Licensed Professional Counselor. Ashley works in the day as a politicized therapist and coach for the QTBIPOC population which stemmed from their lived experience with madness and grassroots peer support organizing. Ashley is also a Collage Artist, having taught and facilitated various classes and workshop spaces on the analog art form. They see collage as a tool for radical expression and care, challenging the scarcity that comes from playing without purpose. All materials are intentionally curated from secondhand materials - giving them a new cycle of life.

Sabrina Longley (she/her) is a queer, fat, Black, multiply neurodivergent Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She is most passionate about offering lived and clinical experience support to both clients and other mental health providers related to topics including racial justice, neurodivergence, fat liberation, queer liberation, teen mental health, and DBT. She works to honor her own lived experience and the lived experiences of other marginalized folks to promote ethical and just mental health care. Sabrina owns and consults, trains, and supports colleagues at Radical Insights Consulting. She also sees clients at Resilient Mind Counseling in North Carolina and co-hosts the Aces Up Your Sleeve podcast.

Eza Dios (they/them/e) is a white, queer, AuDHD, trans, fat, chronically ill and disabled Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Washington state. Their clinical practice and personal passion focuses on the intersections of body and fat liberation, eating disorders, gender & sexuality, neurodivergence, and disability justice. They are a Certified Body Trust™ Provider, weight stigma and disordered eating researcher, with both lived and professional experience providing support to clients and other providers. They approach their clinical work from an intersectional social-justice-informed, Health at Every Size®, liberatory lens. When they are not working, you can find Eza at home with their two dogs, Mo and Oliver, crafting and ‘nerding out’ over The Lord of The Rings.
