This interactive, experiential workshop introduces Mindful Hypnosis, a neuroaffirming, evidence-based modality designed to support mindful attention, prevent burnout, and enhance goal engagement in neurodivergent individuals.

Introducing Mindful Hypnosis...

Neurodivergent individuals often experience challenges with attention regulation, task initiation, and goal completion, contributing to overwhelm, procrastination, and burnout. Traditional neurotypical productivity, goal-planning, and time-management approaches often do not adequately address the underlying attentional and nervous system differences associated with neurodivergence in an affirming manner.

Attendees will learn the fundamentals of clinical hypnosis and Mindful Hypnosis, including core principles, treatment considerations, and practical strategies that can be applied in both personal and clinical contexts. The workshop integrates neuroaffirming motivation frameworks and explores how these concepts can be used to support goal engagement and follow-through with neurodivergent clients.

Experiential learning components include a guided Mindful Hypnosis meditation for focus and flow, mindful reflection, and group discussion. Attendees will leave with practical tools, worksheets, and Mindful Hypnosis scripts that can be immediately integrated into personal practice and clinical work.
